Admiral's Point Condominium Association is an HOA consisting of 37 homes within the larger community of Burnt Store Marina in Punta Gorda Florida. 

Burnt Store Marina is a gated community consisting of approximately 1920 residences, or units, spread out over 600 acres with diverse housing styles. Located on Charlotte Harbor, only 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico through the Boca Grande Pass, it is surrounded by barrier islands with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.  There are 47 Sub-Associations with single homes, duplexes, tri-plexes, four-plexes and high-rise condominiums as well as independent single home sites. The neighborhood associations have boards of directors and collect operating fees from their residents. The master association for all of BSM, including independent homes, is commonly referred to as Section 22 HOA. It collects an annual fee through its property manager to cover the maintenance of the common areas, roads, access systems and infrastructure. The community is also unique in that it is one of the few gated communities with both a 27-hole golf course and a privately-owned marina. The marina is the largest deep-water marina on the west coast of Florida and offers wet and dry storage in addition to a boat launch ramp.  It offer a Fitness, Racquet and Pool Club with a workout center, classes, pool/spa as well as tennis & pickleball courts. Don’t forget to visit the 3 restaurants, Cass Cay and the Trading Post down at the marina, and, Linkside Café at the golf club. Also within the gates are many independent businesses offering yacht & charter services, golf cart sales/rentals, kayak rentals, boat rentals and more.
